Do I Need a Permit?
Owning your own home can be overwhelming at times. When it comes to maintenance or remodeling, a few questions that may or may not come to mind are "do I need a permit for that? Or do I need to inform the Condominium Association?" Castle Reef wants to help you navigate these questions without having to add to the stress of a remodeling or maintenance project.

Castle Reef office does require notification of all construction and maintenance projects.
